Anu Tähemaa
ANU TÄHEMAA on avaliku esinemise ekspert, TeamBuilding treener ja kõneleja, kellel on enam kui 30-aastane kogemus juhtimises, kultuuris, hariduses ja etenduskunstides (muusika, draama, film jne). Tema kõikide tegevuste keskpunktiks on olnud lava, olgu siis esinejana laval, dirigendina lava ees või korraldaja-lavastajana lava taga. Selle põhjal on ta loonud Corporate Maestro süsteemi, mis rakendab kunstivaldkonna parimad võimalused asutuse kitsaskohtade lahendamiseks või üldise atmosfääri parandamiseks, tõstes motivatsiooni ja seeläbi tulemuslikkust.
Nii nagu dirigent suunab ja inspireerib orkestrante, et tuua koos kuuldavale helilooja kirjapandu, orkestreerib ja joondab juht oma ettevõtte osakondi ühise eesmärgi nimel pingutama.
Anu ise kirjeldab oma visiooni nii: „Kunsti kasutegureid ärimaailmas on nüüdseks omajagu uuritud ja nendest lähtub, et seeläbi on võimalik vähendada stressi, suurendada julgust kaasa rääkida ning parandada loomingulisust ja tulemustele orienteeritust. Ega asjata öelda, et ettevõtte juhtimine on kunst, kus paljudele olukordadele tuleb läheneda loominguliselt. Juhtide, sealhulgas ka õpetajate oskus oma sõnumit edasi anda, st ennast juhtida, loob keskkonna, mis toetab meeskonda ning tagab selgemate juhiste andmise.“
Anu kogemustepagasisse kuuluvad töö Rahvusooper Estonias, KUMUs, Muusikaakadeemias, sündmused Välisministeeriumis ja Eesti Vabariigi Presidendi Kantseleis, rahvusvaheliste festivalide korraldamine, haridusprogrammide ning galaõhtute juhtimine ja lavastamine ning Eesti esindamine võrgustike kohtumistel ja festivalidel. Anu oli 2022. aastal ka TEDxTartu konverentsi esinejate nõustaja.
Oma teadmisi on ta täiendanud USAs ja Suurbritannias, 2022. aastal alustas ta õpinguid Premier Speaker Development Agentuuris (Toronto). Detsembris omandas ta Inspiratsioonikõneleja sertifikaadi, 2023. aasta jaanuaris saavutas IV ja veebruaris II koha Põhja-Ameerika suurimal inspiratsioonikõnelemise konkursil (North America’s Largest Inspirational Speaking Competition).
Anu, kes jagab oma elu kahe riigi vahel, naudib talle oluliste inimestega koos kvaliteetaja veetmist, aga ka reisimist, head toitu, looduses jalutamist ja oma aeda lilleaia loomist. Ta usub, et nii nagu me inimestena ise mõtleme ja ümbritsevasse suhtume, sellised saavad olema ka meie poolt saavutatavad tulemused.

ANU TÄHEMAA is an expert in public speaking and presentation, a TeamBuilding trainer, and a professional speaker, who has more than 30 years of expertise in management, culture, education, and performing arts (music, drama, film). All her doings have revolved around the stage, since, through the years, she has worked as a performer on the stage, as a conductor before the stage, and as a director, facilitator, or organiser behind the stage. Using the aforementioned experience, she has developed the Corporate Maestro system, which solves the issues stopping a team from performing more effectively by using the best practices from performing arts, or increases the team’s motivation, and therefore productivity by creating a better work atmosphere. Just like a conductor guides and inspires the orchestrators to make heard the once written-down melodies, a leader orchestrates and aligns the different departments of his/ her enterprise to work on a common goal.
Anu describes her vision in these words: “The benefits of art in business have been proved by many studies, and these prove that using arts in business development can create an advantage: reducing stress, improving communications skills, creativity, and productivity to name a few. There’s a reason why true leadership is sometimes described as art itself and every leader is said to be an artist. Leadership is not just about strategies and plans, but about creating and sharing their message and giving directions clearly. This will create a positive working atmosphere and a reflection of great leadership.”
Anu’s working experience includes places like the Estonian National Opera, KUMU (Art Museum), The Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, organising events at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for the Office of the President of the Republic of Estonia, also organising international festivals, facilitating or directing gala-events, and representing Estonia in international networking events and festivals. In 2022, she also counselled TEDxTartu speakers.
Anu has honed her skills in the US and the UK, and in 2022, she started studying at the Premier Speaker Development Agency in Toronto, Canada. She is also a Certified Inspirational Speaker since December 2022 and in January 2023, she made it to the TOP 4 at the international speaking competition 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐦®, which is the largest inspirational speaking competition in North America. In February 2023 she came in second place in the same competition.
Anu, who divides her life between two countries, enjoys spending quality time with the people who matter most to her, travelling, good food, walking in nature, and creating a flower garden in her yard. She believes that the way we think and treat our surroundings will also determine the results our undertakings will bring us.
